These are our terms and conditions for use of the website, which you may access in several ways, including but not limited to the World Wide Web and RSS feeds. These terms and conditions apply whenever you access the website, on whatever device. In these terms and conditions, when we say Sydney Tea Festival we mean this website, regardless of how you access it. By using the website, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.

By completing the application form you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Also, by subscribing to any of our email services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 2) USE OF MATERIAL APPEARING ON SYDNEY TEA FESTIVAL

For the purposes of this agreement, “material” means material including, without limitation, text, video, graphics and sound material, published on the Sydney Tea Festival website, whether copyright of Tea Festivals Australia or a third party. You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of these for your own personal and non-commercial use only. 6) DATA PROTECTION

If you have indicated on the registration form that you wish to receive direct marketing material, your personal details will be included in a database compiled for direct marketing purposes. On occasion, you may receive direct marketing information from us or from third parties. If you no longer wish to receive information you should notify us at which time we will remove your name details from the relevant database.

7) VARIATIONS

These terms may be varied from time to time. Please ensure that you review these terms and conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the site after it has been posted. 

8) WEBSITE ACCESS

Although we will do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to Sydney Tea Festival, we do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay.

9) GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by Australian law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
